When the group changed its name Kaleidoscope recorded the third and last album in the decade 1960-1970. Basically this was a continuation-style pop though color has become less annoying. On the third album, the musicians presented a fully mature, thoughtful and consistent material. "From Home to Home" captivates with its beauty from the start - extremely rich texture of sound was created by just four musicians. The omnipresent mellotron and gentle flute give the whole fabulous mood. Guitar, whether electric, is devoid of an aggressive sound. These are simple songs dressed in a very dignified garment - Is symfonicznie, folk, sometimes psychedelic. Noteworthy is poignant, soulful vocals of Peter Daltrey, who spins a story about passing time, the sentimental value of items reminiscent of bygone times and now dead friend.
